We are currently recruiting Retail / Box Office Assistants to join our Layered Reality team at Elvis Evolution
Layered Reality are the leaders in immersive entertainment experiences – combining powerful storytelling, cutting-edge technology, and outstanding customer service. We blend live theatre (actors, movie-scale sets, and special effects) with the latest digital technology (live music, projection mapping, and motion simulators), plus physical sensations (sight, sound, smell, touch, and movement) to create unique, unforgettable experiences.
We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to help bring our Layered Reality world to life! We want fun, dynamic, and friendly personalities to join our team. You will be self-motivated with a can-do attitude whilst ensuring all our guests receive the highest quality service from the moment they enter our store and Box Office.
Scope & Responsibilities:
As a Retail / Box Office Assistant, you will be the face of Elvis Evolution, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. You will assist guests with enquiries, provide product information, and process both ticket and merchandise sales. You’ll ensure the store and Box Office are tidy, visually appealing, and stocked correctly, and check in any deliveries promptly. You will also support guests as they enter the experience, ensuring their journey is seamless and enjoyable.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcome customers and deliver exceptional service, ensuring a fun and memorable experience
Advise on merchandise and assist with enquiries and purchases
Process ticket and merchandise sales accurately
Maintain store and Box Office cleanliness and organisation
Replenish stock, arrange product displays, and ensure high visual merchandising standards
Check in and store deliveries correctly
Follow health, safety, and security procedures
Respond efficiently to customer needs and till queues
Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
Background Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales, front-of-house, box office, or customer service roles is highly desirable. A background in performing arts is a plus, but not essential.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive approach to change and problem-solving
Good eye for detail and visual merchandising skills
Flexible and adaptable to business needs
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays (required for shifts after 10pm)
