Monday to Thursday required for a busy country restaurant (due to location, transportation assistance can be given). The company offers excellent quality of fresh food and service in the beautiful Peak District, with a stellar reputation as one of the best companies to be part of in the area.
The Role:
My clients are recruiting all levels of chefs for their establishment in Derbyshire, to join their team required to work over the weekend (Friday evening, Saturdays and Sundays). Chefs will report to the Head Chef and be responsible for managing your section, ensuring company standards are consistently met and exceeded. You will also have responsibility for ensuring all requirements of Health and Safety and Food Safety are maintained at all times. This role needs a skilled and passionate chef who is well organised; busy restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- A passion and flair for delivering quality food using fresh ingredients to specification.
- High volume experience providing quality food consistently in a fast-paced environment.
