Sous Chef required for a AA Rosette Village pub who is now expanding its existing team; you need to have the drive to work in a passionate, forward thinking kitchen, and possess a creative outlook with a desire to learn and develop their current skills.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Busy Kitchen experience.
- The highest standards of professional practice in both food preparation and health and safety.
- A strong work ethic.
- A passion for good quality food and a keen eye for detail.
The menu is developing daily so we have the need to build and expand our kitchen team. The venue is entering a new and exciting stage of development and is in the process of building a brand new kitchen this year!
