We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef for one of our most prestigious and sought after clients. We are looking for a very specific type of experience in a person with a can do attitude and with a great salary and bonus package in return.
The applicant must have been a Senior CDP or Junior Sous in branded experience and high volume is a MUST. As with most branded operations, the applicant must be well versed in most things stock related and be able to show evidence of good stock management and strong understanding of the legalities behind Due Diligence.
The applicant should have good teamwork skills and be well presented and career driven. It's a 7 day operation, with staff working 5 days. It's a good size site with big covers so the candidate must be able to stay calm and motivated under pressure.
