Sous Chef required for aAA Rosette Village pub which is expanding its existing team. You need to have the drive to work in a passionate, forward‑thinking kitchen and possess a creative outlook with a desire to learn and develop your current skills.
Qualifications
- Busy Kitchen experience.
- The highest standards of professional practice in both food preparation and health and safety.
- A strong work ethic.
- A passion for good quality food and a keen eye for detail.
The menu is developing daily, so we need to build and expand our kitchen team. The venue is entering a new and exciting stage of development and is in the process of building a brand new kitchen this year!
