Derbyshire Country House Hotel in the Peak District is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / Commis to join a kitchen serving an a la carte restaurant and bar with locally sourced, seasonal produce.
You will work across all sections, prepare and plate dishes, and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during every service. You’ll manage your own section and assist with ordering and stock control. Wages depend on experience, with exciting live-in and training opportunities available.
