Sous Chef required for a Village pub who is now expanding its existing team; you need to have the drive to work in a passionate, forward‑thinking kitchen, and possess a creative outlook with a desire to learn and develop your current skills.
The Sous Chef position will suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef or existing Sous Chef who is passionate about food and shows flair and imagination. This restaurant has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Work in a passionate, forward‑thinking kitchen and develop your skills.
- Work across all kitchen sections to a very high standard.
- Run the kitchen in the head chef’s absence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced Junior Sous Chef or existing Sous Chef.
- Passionate about food and shows flair and imagination.
- Good all‑rounder, able to work on all sections to a very high standard.
- Desire to learn and develop current skills.
Benefits
- Excellent salary £22,000‑26,000 negotiable + Tips.
