Working Days/Hours: Thursday-Saturday 10am-6pm Sunday β 10am-2pm
Salary: £30,000.00 per annum pro rata, plus generous commission
Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays (pro-rated to contract period)
Location: Site Based (currently Stone, Bucks) but may require travel to other sites

We are now looking for a confident, self-motivated Sales Executive to take ownership of sales on a boutique residential scheme and deliver an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry through to completion.

Job Purpose
This is a standalone, on-site sales role where you will be the face of the development. You will be based in our show home on our development in Stone but will be managing sales across three of our sites in Buckinghamshire.
You will take full responsibility for the customer journey, working independently while being supported by the wider development team and directors when required. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership, and thrives on delivering results.
You will be trusted to run the sales function on-site, manage buyers professionally, and ensure the development is always presented at its very best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary sales representative on-site, delivering a warm, professional and high-end customer experience
- Manage enquiries, viewings, reservations and progression through to exchange and completion
- Assist with the selection of customer extras and updating schedules
- Build strong relationships with buyers and guide them confidently through the purchase journey
- Take ownership of the CRM and ensure all leads, activity and follow ups are accurately managed
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards across the development and show home
- Proactively drive sales performance and conversion opportunities
- Inspect properties prior to handover, assist with plot handover and
- Liaise with solicitors, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression
- Monitor local market activity and provide feedback on pricing, demand and buyer trends
- Ensure every purchaser receives a seamless, well-managed experience
Key Attributes:
- Experience in the new homes or residential property sector is essential
- Confident working independently and taking full ownership of a development
- Naturally self-motivated with a strong sales instinct

- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly organised with attention to detail and follow through
- Commercially aware and comfortable working to targets

Qualifications:
· CSCS card (training course/test can be provided)
· Full driving license essential to travel between sites
