We are looking for a solicitor to provide independent legal advice for property transactions. Types of Independent Legal Advice Residential and Commercial property, including buy-to-let portfolios, bridging and development loans that require a solicitor’s certification. This includes director’s guarantees, JBSP’s, TR1’s, ID1s & ID5’s and commercial transactions such as cross guarantees and deeds of subordination.
