We are seeing an increase in demand for corporate lawyers across several of our in-house clients. If you are a 4+ PQE corporate lawyer interested in working flexibly on short-to-medium term assignments, we would love to hear from you.
The kinds of tasks you’ll be getting involved with:
- Supporting on corporate deals, including due diligence, SPA and post completion matters
- Integrating and standardising contracts
- Corporate governance matters
- Helping to integrate newly acquired businesses from a legal perspective
- Online data room set up and management
- Company establishment, licensing and restructuring
