We're working with a sports governing body who are looking to bring on an organised and enthusiastic paralegal for 6 months, with a view to the role becoming permanent for the right person. Their current legal team are overstretched and they require some additional support to give some structure to the current team's priorities.
The role will primarily involve:
- Team structuring responsibilities such as improving traffic management and implementing efficient legal processes
- Providing legal support on sporting matters, including the suspension of licenses and bespoke contracts for events
- Covering internal legal advisory work on commercial and consultancy agreements, as well as handling day-to-day legal queries
