Our client is experiencing rapid growth and requires specialist strategic construction support as their business expands data centre operations across Europe. We are looking for a mid to senior Construction lawyer to support them for 6 to 12 months.
What You'll Do
- You'll play a key role in supporting the acquisition, buildâout, and, in some cases, lease coâlocations for additional data centres.
- Working closely with an experienced inâhouse construction expert, you'll help deliver ambitious growth plans.
- The work will be varied and focused on nonâcontentious construction matters.

- Construction Expertise: Ideally with experience in data centre projects.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, set priorities, and drive tasks/projects to completion with structure and clarity.
- Skilled at simplifying complex topics, engaging stakeholders, and creating compelling decks and dashboards to highlight business risk.
- Trusted collaborator who can align stakeholders and navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
