We’re looking for a Competition Lawyer to join our client, a leading media and communications business, to support its Competition & Regulatory team supporting core competition matters and a high‑profile acquisition. This role will involve advising on behavioural and transactional competition law issues, supporting regulatory investigations and reviews, assisting commercial teams with negotiations and M&A activity, and clearly communicating complex legal issues to senior stakeholders. You will also advise on economic and regulatory considerations relating to product launches, communications services, satellite access and content regulation.

About you

  • You’ll bring strong competition law expertise, including regulatory compliance, M&A support and investigations, alongside excellent communication skills and sound commercial judgement.

Working pattern: 5 days per week, hybrid (ideally 2–3 days on‑site, flexible)

Length: Expected to run for at least 6 months
