We've seen an increase in demand from our in-house clients who are looking for mid-senior products lawyers to support them. We'd be really interested in speaking with lawyers who have experience of products, product development, or product launching and are looking for a new way of working!
We've seen a variety of working patterns available from part-time to full-time, and fully remote.
Some example experience that would be beneficial:
- Experience working on contracts relating to product development
- Experience in technology including drafting and negotiating technology client facing and/or vendor facing agreements (e.g. data licensing, SaaS, cloud and software license agreements, software development agreements etc.)
- A working knowledge of privacy issues regarding consumer or personally identifiable data and IP law
