We are seeing an increase in demand for corporate lawyers across several of our in-house clients. If you are a 4+ PQE corporate lawyer interested in working flexibly on short-to-medium term assignments, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Leading on M&A transactions and acquisitions
  • Supporting on corporate deals, including due diligence, SPA and post completion matters
  • Integrating and standardising contracts
  • Company establishment, licensing and restructuring
  • Corporate governance matters
