We’re working with a major independent food and drink wholesaler, who are in need of legal support for the next 2-6 months whilst they recruit permanently. The role will involve a blend of litigation and commercial support, including:
- Litigation Disputes side with franchisee
- Network License disputes in network
- Terminating contracts and bringing claims against suppliers
- Using external counsel for things like debt recovery
- General commercial work and supporting with ad-hoc commercial matters
- Some compliance work
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ PQE
- Ideally a lawyer from a litigation background but with commercial experience
