We’re working with a major independent food and drink wholesaler, who are in need of legal support for the next 2-6 months whilst they recruit permanently. The role will involve a blend of litigation and commercial support, including:

  • Litigation Disputes side with franchisee
  • Network License disputes in network
  • Terminating contracts and bringing claims against suppliers
  • Using external counsel for things like debt recovery
  • General commercial work and supporting with ad-hoc commercial matters
  • Some compliance work

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ PQE
  • Ideally a lawyer from a litigation background but with commercial experience
