Lawyers on Demand are looking to bring on a Senior Competition Lawyer to cover a maternity leave. This position will be working for a multinational organisation specialising in energy and digital automation. The ideal applicant will have a strong expertise in competition and antitrust law, including merger control, abuse of dominance, and anti-competitive agreements. You will be confident managing investigations, engaging with competition authorities, and delivering practical, business-focused advice in a fast-paced, global environment.
As a Senior Competition Lawyer, you would be responsible for:
- Advising on a wide range of competition law matters globally, including providing strategic guidance on antitrust compliance, merger control, and distribution practices.
- Supporting investigations and interactions with competition authorities.
- Working closely with business units, legal colleagues, and external counsel to ensure compliance and manage risk, while enabling the company’s commercial goals.
- Playing a key role in training and developing internal policies to uphold best practices in competition law.
Our assignments are predominantly full time, working on a hybrid model within the London area and surrounding suburbs.
