Commercial Technology Lawyer – Procurement & Public Sector.
Location: London| Level: Mid to Senior Lawyers
The Role
We’re seeking a commercially focused lawyer to join a leading professional services team supporting clients on complex technology, procurement, and public-sector-facing projects .
You’ll advise on high-value, strategic engagements, working alongside multidisciplinary teams on digital transformation, outsourcing, and large-scale procurement programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial technology contracts (SaaS, cloud, outsourcing, systems implementation)
- Support clients through end-to-end procurement processes , including structuring and risk mitigation
- Lead on tender bids (RFPs/ITTs) and contract negotiations
- Provide legal input on government and public sector contracts and frameworks
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver commercially pragmatic solutions
About You
- Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience
- Background in private practice, consulting, or commercial in-house roles
- Proven experience in technology and procurement matters
- Exposure to public sector contracting and bidding processes from a commercial advisory perspective
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery mindset
