We’re currently working with a leading global investment bank that is looking to bring on an additional lawyer to support its structured finance team on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with a strong finance background to gain exposure to a broad range of complex transactions and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
The Role
- Supporting transactions across securitisation, real estate finance, fund finance, and other structured products
- Working closely with structurers, traders, and internal stakeholders
- Reviewing legal documentation, due diligence materials, and legal opinions
- Liaising with and managing external counsel
- Assessing transactions from a legal, regulatory, and reputational perspective
- Supporting the execution of complex financing transactions
- Gaining hands‑on experience on the trading floor, working directly alongside the business
About You
- Qualified lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE
- Strong background in banking or finance
- Demonstrable interest in structured finance
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
