We are looking for a mid to senior Construction lawyer with renewables experience to join our client, a global offshore wind installation company, to support them for 6 months. This assignment will be full time, starting as soon as possible. We are open to lawyers working remotely, although some office presence initially would be beneficial. The role involves supporting the team on a range of construction matters.
Responsibilities
- FIDIC contracts, with amendments due to the complexity of contracts
- EPCI and T&I related contracts
- Assisting on projects in the UK but also in other jurisdictions across Europe and globally
- Assisting with supply chain contracts related to cable installation
Qualifications
- Be a mid to senior Construction lawyer with strong renewables experience
- Have a strong background in FIDIC contracts
- Have experience working internationally
