We’re working with a silver circle law firm who are seeking a securitisation or structured finance lawyer to provide interim support during a period of parental leave and increased workload. You’ll work closely with partners and senior lawyers on transactional matters and document management.
Key responsibilities:

- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation
