Job Description
The role will involve managing the relationship with the legal tech platform the firm uses, ensuring business requests make their way to the platform, reviewing, taking a view on queries and issues and ensuring that the firm’s specific needs are covered off in the documents that make their way back. There may be a need to help out on transactions from time to time.
We’re ideally looking for candidates of around 1-2 years' PQE with detailed experience of the supporting documents involved in a private equity transaction.
The role will be full-time, starting in mid-October.
