The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for a mid-level non-contentious Construction Associate to join our client, a leading City law firm, to support them for 6 to 12 months. You will be supporting the team on a wide range of construction matters, including:
- Broad non-contentious construction support for high-net-worth individuals
- Predominantly on the real estate side rather than project work such as energy
- Supporting the Commercial Real Estate team with ad-hoc queries
- Assisting with design and construction of new buildings and the refurbishment of existing buildings, particularly in the logistics, residential, sports, film, living, and hotel sectors
Clients include developers, funds, contractors and consultants which are active in the UK construction market. Ideally, you will be 2 to 6 years' PQE with previous experience in private practice. This assignment will be full time, ideally with 3 days in the London office. It is due to start as soon as possible and is expected to run for 6 to 12 months.
