We’re looking for a mid to senior Leveraged Finance lawyer to join our client, a leading global investment and advisory firm, for a 12‑month assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a lean, highly regarded team, working at the forefront of leveraged finance and private credit transactions.
The Role
- Lead leveraged finance and private credit transactions end‑to‑end
- Act as the primary legal advisor on high‑yield and structured finance matters
- Support investments across a range of asset classes, including private credit, real estate and private equity
- Manage transactions from origination through to execution
- Work closely with deal teams, investment professionals and senior stakeholders
About You
- Mid to senior lawyer with a strong leveraged finance background
- Experience in private credit and/or high‑yield transactions preferred
- Comfortable leading complex transactions independently
- Collaborative, commercially minded and able to thrive in a lean team environment
Working Pattern
- Full‑time (5 days per week)
- Hybrid: ideally 3 or 4 days in the office in London
Timing
- Start: June/July
- Duration: 12 months
