We're looking for a Banking Senior Legal Counsel to join our client, a British financial institution, to support them for at least 6 months. You’ll be joining the team at an exciting time while the business is growing and set to be busy with a push on product launch and development.
Responsibilities
- Work on the legal aspects of product launching, ensuring all requirements are met for smooth market entry.
- Negotiate contracts involved in acquiring products.
- Provide legal support and guidance to the SME banking function to help navigate complex transactions.
