Litigation Commercial Lawyer in England

We\’re working with a major independent food and drink wholesaler, who are in need of legal support for the next 2-6 months whilst they recruit permanently.
The role will involve a blend of litigation and commercial support, including:
Litigation
Disputes side with franchisee with network
License disputes in network
Terminating contracts and bring claim against suppliers
Using external counsel for things like debt recovery
Commercial
Sales requests
General commercial work and supporting with ad-hoc commercial matters
Supplier & procurement contracts
Some compliance work
What skills are required?
3+ years\’ PQE
Ideally a lawyer from a litigation background but with commercial experience
Working Pattern:
4 days per week
