Our client is an Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm with offices in Paris, London, New York, Luxembourg, and Singapore. It has EUR 30.6 billion in assets under management as of December 2022. They invest in the energy & environment, digital technology, transportation, and social infrastructure sectors.

London has a Head of Legal and 5 lawyers (across Europe).

We are providing a suitable replacement that can assist with their deal work for 12 months.

This role will involve managing the relationship with a Legal Tech platform specialising in NDAs and engagement letters. They use this service to complete the bulk of the ancillary work arising from each of their PE transactions. This role will sit across this service – managing the relationship with the platform, ensuring business requests make their way to Ontrack, reviewing, taking a view on queries and issues, and ensuring that our client's specific needs are covered in the documents that make their way back. There may be a need to help out on transactions from time to time.

Looking for someone with detailed experience of the supporting documents involved in a Private Equity transaction. In-house experience isn't necessary as the work is currently done by private practice; however, they would like someone with a commercial view who is happy with a decent risk appetite.

Working Pattern: Full time

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6-12 months, hybrid

IR35 status: All models available
