Our client is experiencing rapid growth and requires specialist strategic construction support as their business expands data centre operations across Europe. We are looking for a mid to senior Construction lawyer to support them for 6 to 12 months.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll play a key role in supporting the acquisition, build‑out, and, in some cases, lease co‑locations for additional data centres.
  • Working closely with an experienced in‑house construction expert, you’ll help deliver ambitious growth plans.
  • The work will be varied and focused on non‑contentious construction matters.

  • Construction Expertise: Ideally with experience in data centre projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters, set priorities, and drive tasks/projects to completion with structure and clarity.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex topics, engaging stakeholders, and creating compelling decks and dashboards to highlight business risk.
  • Trusted collaborator who can align stakeholders and navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.

Contract Details

  • Working Pattern: Full‑time
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Duration: 6–12 months
