About This Role

You will lead a committed team of legal experts which mostly covers property, planning and highways work, including all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing. Alongside managing and allocating work effectively, you will also maintain your own caseload within a relevant area of expertise.

About You

You are an experienced legal professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible, solution‑focused approach to a wide range of legal matters. You have the ability to lead, influence and motivate others and are comfortable embracing change, including the use of digital solutions. Previous managerial experience and knowledge of local government legal practice would be advantageous. However, we are committed to developing our people and will support your growth if you share our dedication to continuous improvement. Welsh speaking and writing skills are desirable.
