APPLICANTS MUST BE QUALIFIED SOLICITORS WITH PRACTICING RIGHTS IN THE UK. The Lexcel-accredited Legal Team provides legal advice, assistance and support to Council officers, elected members and external clients at all levels. With a supportive and positive working culture, Telford & Wrekin Council can offer you this exciting one‑year fixed term contract to protect some of our most vulnerable residents. The Safeguarding team has a hybrid working pattern, with an expectation of two days based in the office in Telford (currently Wednesdays and Thursdays). Applicants are required to be qualified as solicitors with a valid practising certificate.
