Join to apply for the Senior Conveyancer role at Lawyers In Local Government. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic property lawyer to fill a permanent senior conveyancer post within the Planning and Conveyancing Team.
You will be required to have experience in a broad range of conveyancing matters and preferably in more than one of the following areas of conveyancing work:
- major developments and regeneration schemes
- freehold acquisitions and disposals
- commercial leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- residential leasehold extensions
The successful candidate will be qualified as CILEX level 6, solicitor or barrister or equivalent with commercial conveyancing experience in either the public or private sector.
