Commercial Solicitor Remote (UK-based) | Full-time We’re looking for a solicitor who’s confident in their judgment, curious by nature, and believes in alternative legal services.

This is a fully remote role for someone based in the UK.
You’ll work independently but closely connected to a small, focused team.
You’ll take the lead on client matters, build trusted relationships, and help shape how legal services are delivered in a smarter, more human way.
What you’ll be doing Providing practical legal advice to SME clients across a broad range of areas (commercial contracts, corporate matters, compliance, employment law, intellectual property, and commercial leases).
Drafting and reviewing client documents and contracts, and negotiating agreements, helping businesses move forward with confidence.
Offering proactive legal insight to help clients avoid risk and plan strategically.
Supporting a mix of clients from different industries.
What we’re looking for You’re a UK-qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE and a generalist mindset.
You’re comfortable switching between different areas of law and finding practical solutions that suit each client’s needs.
Bonus points if you: Understands AI and its potential, with experience using AI tools like Claude to enhance workflows
