As a Senior Product Manager at LawVu, you'll shape the future of LawVu Draft and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), reimagining how legal teams create, review, negotiate and manage contracts. You'll lead the evolution of Draft, which joined LawVu through acquisition, alongside CLM, exploring how AI and connected legal context can transform legal work within the wider LegalOS.
You'll own product strategy, discovery, prioritisation and outcomes across these complementary product areas. Within your Product Trio, Product leads customer value and business viability. Working closely with Design, Legal Engineering and Engineering, you'll turn deep customer understanding and commercial judgement into meaningful customer value.
What you’ll do
- Shape product strategy and direction
- Build a deep understanding of customers, their workflows, the LawVu product, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Define and evolve an outcome-focused product strategy and roadmap across Draft and CLM, balancing near-term customer needs with LawVu's longer-term LegalOS vision.
- Identify opportunities to connect Draft and CLM with the wider LegalOS, creating greater value from an integrated platform rather than isolated product capabilities.
- Make evidence-based prioritisation and investment decisions, balancing customer value, commercial opportunity, technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Lead continuous product discovery through customer research, data, experimentation and close collaboration with Design, Legal Engineering and Engineering.
- Understand complex legal workflows, looking beyond feature requests to uncover opportunities to simplify, standardise or fundamentally change how work gets done.
- Frame problems, challenge assumptions and rapidly test hypotheses to identify valuable, usable, feasible and viable solutions.
- Identify opportunities for AI to augment, automate and orchestrate legal work, exploring how agents, playbooks, customer knowledge and connected context can enable new ways of working.
- Partner with Design, Legal Engineering and Engineering to rapidly experiment with emerging capabilities, validate customer value and responsibly bring AI-powered experiences to market.
- Stay curious about advances in AI and Legal Tech, continuously challenging what's possible and how LawVu can differentiate.
- Set clear priorities and success measures, ensuring teams understand the problems they're solving, why they matter and what success looks like.
- Partner with Engineering and Design throughout delivery and iteration, making timely product decisions and trade-offs while enabling Engineering to own technical execution and delivery predictability.
- Own product performance across the full lifecycle, using customer feedback, product analytics and commercial measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer teams to support successful launches, adoption and ongoing customer value.
- Work with Product Managers across LawVu to align priorities and deliver a cohesive LegalOS experience.
What success looks like…
- Draft and CLM have a clear product direction aligned with LawVu's LegalOS vision, with focused priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Customers experience greater value from connected drafting, reviewing and contract management workflows, with fewer disconnected steps and hand-offs.
- Customer adoption, engagement and commercial performance are understood, measured and improving.
- Your teams are empowered to move quickly, make good decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
- You contribute meaningfully to LawVu's broader product strategy, shared product practices, team OKRs, company goals and values.
