Law Vu is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in the United Kingdom to own a portfolio of legal clients, drive onboarding, adoption and expansion with a focus on 110% net revenue growth.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with General Counsel and senior legal leaders, while coordinating with Support and Product to deliver outcomes.

You will manage renewals, coach champions, lead trainings (remote or on-site) and partner with the wider CS team to refine strategy and processes.
