Lawton Brook are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of luxury and high-performance vehicles and an independent specialist operating for over 30 years in the Prestige retail market. We are a small team of highly experienced professionals that pride ourselves on sourcing and selling high quality used vehicles. We are based within our sister company offices in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire (Oracle Car Finance).

As Assistant Sales Manager at Lawton Brook, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth, efficient, and commercially sharp operation of a luxury automotive sales environment. You will support the General Manager with daily departmental leadership, ensure exceptional customer experience, and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality and professionalism. The role blends operational management with hands-on sales activity, including stepping into the sales process during peak periods, staff absence, or high-value customer interactions. A key responsibility is the ability to identify, appraise, and purchase premium vehicles that meet Lawton Brook’s standards.

What’s on offer: A healthy basic of up to £30,000 per annum, with additional commission and bonus structure linked to performance KPI's (OTE £65,000).
