Role Overview: The role of the Site Manager is to manage and monitor the delivery of the specifiedsite/block to time and budget, in a safe and effective manner. The Site manager will beexpected to manage, motivate appraise and deliver short term programmes to theforemen and sub-contractors within the project. The site manager will be expected to liaise with the commercial and health and safetyteams as well as managers across the business to ensure delivery of the project. They willalso compile and issue weekly site reports to the Project Manager for checking/alterationbefore onward transmission to client.
