Please note this position is on a 12-month fixed term contract, based at our Head Office in Gillingham, Kent. We are only able to consider candidates who are able to commit to the full contract.

The role of the Project, QCQA and Design Administrator is to maintain a well organised QCQA, design and project administration in order to provide the required levels of support to employees.
Role Responsibilities- Assist the Senior Design Coordinator with the administration and co-ordination of the design team workload.
- Minute taking of project meetings (dependent on workload).
- Provide cover for other Administrators as directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
- To carry out any other admin duties as directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
- Liaise with Temporary works, Structural Engineer and Fire consultants if required.
- Provide cover for administration staff for holiday and peak periods as directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
- General office administration as directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
- Assist the project team, where directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
- Create Asite Forms for live or upcoming projects as well as Asite field.
- Provide training to all departments in company which requires use of Asite or Asite field.
- Set up Asite library and work on templates for varied departments, same for Asite field.
- Assist the site team in loading, reviewing, and monitoring the quality control.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite - Office, Teams, SharePoint.
- Working together effectively.
- Managing our business commercially.
- General administrational skills required.
