Position Overview
We’re looking for a videographer with a solid understanding of the fundamentals who wants to turn this into a long-term career and continue improving their craft. This is not a repetitive role. One week you might be filming interviews or an awards event, the next you could be on-site capturing landscape builds, documenting a day in the life with our drivers, or shooting at events like the Chelsea Flower Show.
Main Responsibilities

- Working both independently and as part of a two-person team
- Assisting on shoots and shooting solo when required

- Collaborating on ideas, framing, and approach to each shoot

- Comfortable operating solo when needed, but also working as part of a team
- Experience with Sony cameras, gimbals, and lighting setups
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects
- A good eye for framing and an interest in improving lighting and visuals
- Open to feedback and genuinely motivated to improve, not just complete tasks
- A team player who can collaborate but also take initiative
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Working Hours
8:00am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday (1-hour lunch)
Hybrid working: mix of home, office, and on-location shoots
Occasional travel across the UK, including events in London (all travel expenses covered)
Overtime paid for extended shoot days

- £35,000 salary
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- All equipment provided (Sony ecosystem, lighting, support gear)
- Opportunity to work on a wide variety of real-world content
- A supportive, positive team environment
- Direct collaboration with lead videographer to develop your skills
Why Join Bury Hill Landscape Supplies?
- Be part of the UK's leading independent supplier of timber, fencing and building materials
- Work in a friendly local branch where your creative contribution will help shape our customer communications
