Position Overview
Lawsons is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead as the Branch Manager at The Landscape Centre. This pivotal role demands a leader who is committed to driving customer satisfaction, overseeing operational excellence, and fostering a motivated team environment.

44.5 hours across Monday to Friday, including 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 08.00 β 12.00.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to boost branch performance and increase profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Supervise and mentor branch staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee stock control processes to prevent losses and maximise sales.
- Implement Health & Safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulations to provide a safe environment for staff and customers alike.
- Analyse financial reports to track branch performance and devise strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with the central management team to align branch objectives with company goals.
- Lead by example, upholding the values and reputation of Lawsons through integrity and professionalism.
