We’re an award-winning, Legal 500-recognised law firm known for delivering exceptional client service and creating a supportive, welcoming workplace. Our Conveyancing Team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly, high‑performing department.
About the Role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, delivering a high‑quality, client‑focused service and contributing to the continued success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
- Draft, review and advise on contracts, title documents and reports
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and AML requirements
- Work collaboratively to meet departmental service levels and uphold our firm values
Qualifications
- A qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, FCILEX) with over 1 year post‑qualified experience
Experience and Skills
- Confident handling a caseload with minimal supervision
- Client‑focused with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Organised, proactive and dependable
- Positive, supportive and aligned with our firm’s culture
Pay range and compensation package
ÂŁ30,000 - ÂŁ40,000 dependant on experience
