About the Firm

We’re an award-winning, Legal 500-recognised law firm known for delivering exceptional client service and creating a supportive, welcoming workplace. Our Conveyancing Team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly, high‑performing department.

About the Role

You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, delivering a high‑quality, client‑focused service and contributing to the continued success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
  • Draft, review and advise on contracts, title documents and reports
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and AML requirements
  • Work collaboratively to meet departmental service levels and uphold our firm values

Qualifications

  • A qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, FCILEX) with over 1 year post‑qualified experience

Experience and Skills

  • Confident handling a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Client‑focused with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Organised, proactive and dependable

Pay range and compensation package

ÂŁ30,000 - ÂŁ40,000 dependant on experience
