Our focus is predominantly on Employee (Claimant) work, while also supporting a number of Employer (Respondent) clients—giving you a healthy variety of cases and perspectives.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team where mutual support is the norm. You will help deliver excellent advice and representation to our clients, support colleagues with their growing caseloads, and provide important cover during holiday periods—particularly when the Department Head is away. You will be welcomed, supported, and trusted from day one.
Responsibilities
- Deliver thoughtful, high-quality advice and representation to both claimant and respondent clients.
- Draft clear, accurate documents including ET1s, ET3s, witness statements and schedules of loss.
- Meet with clients, take instructions, and handle your files with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Attend Tribunal hearings when needed, including CMDs and Pre‑Hearing Reviews.
- Assist fellow employment fee earners with their files when required—teamwork is a big part of how we work.
- Get involved in marketing and business development initiatives as part of our continuous growth.
Qualifications
- Admitted Solicitor 3‑5 yrs PQE
- FCILEx -3‑5 yrs PQE
Required Skills
- Strong claimant experience in employment or litigation work.
- Previous private practice experience and familiarity with target‑driven environments.
- Confidence in managing your own caseload.
