A fantastic opportunity to join an award winning organisation within the Higher Education space. Competitive salary up to £60,000 and generous holiday. This role is hybrid working (3 days per week in their central London office) The role reports into the CEO and you will be acting as Company Secretary to the Board of Trustees. About you: Strong experience within Governance/Cosec (In UK based companies). Strong experience working with Boards, committees and senior execs.
