- Making and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Managing Diligent Entities including share allotments/transfers/confirmation statements
- Formation of companies and other entities
- Advising on cosec compliance and governance matters
About you:
- CGI Qualified
- At least 3-5 years working in Governance in the UK
- Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
- Good working knowledge of Diligent Entities
- Knowledge of Shares
- In house/professional services experience within Cosec/Governance desirable but not essential
