A fully remote opportunity to join a fantastic boutique service provider as an Associate in their Company Secretarial team. The ideal candidate will have the below experience (some or all):
- A qualified or part qualified Company Secretary.
- 2+ years working in-house or in a professional services firm.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and the incoming ECCTA 2023 reforms.
- Diligent Entities (formerly Blueprint).
In this role you will be giving full company secretarial services to their clients, as well as updating and managing Diligent Entities records, including dealing with share allotments/transfers and changes to officers, confirmation statements and so on.
