  • Making and maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Managing Diligent Entities including share allotments/transfers/confirmation statements
  • Formation of companies and other entities
  • Advising on cosec compliance and governance matters

About you:

  • CGI Qualified
  • At least 3-5 years working in Governance in the UK
  • Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
  • Good working knowledge of Diligent Entities
  • Knowledge of Shares
  • In house/professional services experience within Cosec/Governance desirable but not essential
