Job Role
- You would be responsible for the delivery of various projects as well as providing Professional Services to new and existing clients.
- We wish to diversify our client base and expand our range of services in accordance with our strategic plan. All members of our professional team are involved in this process.
- There is considerable scope for progression within the practice, with the necessary support and guidance to develop your skillsets and breadth of services delivery.
About You
- We are looking for a forward thinking and adaptable Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management (ideally both Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent) and a track record of delivering a range of Professional Services including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall etc Act and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.
- A positive attitude to working and keenness for personal development as part of a successful growing practice.
- A good attention to detail and desire to go above and beyond where required is also essential.
