I'm working closely with an established Dorset based Estate Agency looking for a partner to look after their business in the Bournemouth area of Dorset. The role involves all aspects of Estate Agency including business generation, winning instructions, negotiating property sales, agreeing offers and nurturing the sale through to completion. Ideally the successful candidate will be an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager, Valuer/Lister or Senior Negotiator. HOWEVER successfully securing the role will be based on attitude to a large extent!
This is a fantastic opportunity with a well-known brand who are looking to expand rapidly in 2025 across Dorset. You'll be given the freedom to run your own patch as if it was your own business, including managing your own diary! The company offers all the tools you need including marketing, in house photography, admin support, access to the property portals etc.
