Overview

To support the effective management of the accounts receivable function by ensuring the accurate processing and allocation of customer cash receipts, maintaining customer credit controls, resolving invoice and payment queries, and proactively managing debt collection activities.

The role is responsible for safeguarding cash flow through credit risk assessment, account reconciliation, customer account maintenance, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and collaboration with internal teams to manage customer credit limits and overdue accounts while delivering excellent customer service.
