About the Role

KRW Law LLP are seeking an experienced Civil / Personal Injury Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their busy, supportive, and highly collaborative office. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse and engaging caseload, with strong support and room for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation and personal injury matters, including:
  • Medical Negligence
  • Accident claims
  • Road Traffic Accidents
  • Occupiers’ Liability
  • Employer Liability and general personal injury cases
  • Conduct client consultations and provide clear, pragmatic legal advice.
  • Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation.
  • Prepare cases for settlement discussions, mediations, and court hearings.
  • Liaise effectively with counsel, experts, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • About You

    • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 3+ years PQE in civil/personal injury litigation.
    • Proven ability to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently.
    • Strong communication and client‑care skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a busy environment with competing priorities.
    • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and professional.
