Donnelly & Kinder is seeking two Personal Injury Solicitors to join its established litigation team. The successful candidates will have experience in handling a varied caseload with a focus on Employer’s Liability, Industrial Disease, and Occupiers’ Liability and Clinical negligence claims. You will be joining a supportive, friendly firm with an excellent reputation for client care and high-quality legal services. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a busy and respected practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
  • Deal with a range of claims including employers’ liability, industrial disease, clinical negligence and occupiers’ liability.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients at court and other hearings where appropriate.
  • Provide clear, compassionate, and professional advice to clients.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation (any level of PQE will be considered).
  • Strong technical ability and a sound understanding of personal injury claims and procedures.
  • Experience of straightforward criminal work such as road traffic offences and summary only cases is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
